What we do
How does Aquium protect my personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These include administrative, technical, and physical safeguards such as access controls, encryption, and secured systems and files, as described in our written information security program.
How does Aquium collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
- Open an account or enter into an investment advisory agreement with us
- Provide account information or give us your income or net worth information
- Tell us about your investment portfolio, goals, or risk tolerance
We may also collect your personal information from your other professional advisers, your custodian, and other companies, with your knowledge or direction.
Why can't I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness; affiliates to market to you; and nonaffiliates to market to you. We do not share your information for any of these purposes, so there is nothing for you to limit. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
How does Aquium handle my mobile information and text messaging consent?
If you give us your mobile number or agree to receive text messages from us, we use that information only to communicate with you about your relationship with Aquium. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this notice exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
